We gained ISO 9001:2015 certification for the Quality Management system in 2019.

Our corporate Quality Assurance (QA) manual provides comprehensive guidance and monitoring processes and procedures. Quality assurance plans are tailored and implemented on a project-by-project basis, encompassing all facets of work to fulfill contract obligations. This integration within the company’s QA system allows for enhanced control during implementation. Typical QA plans include the following:

• Project organization structures.
• Coordination and operational processes and procedures.
• Authority and responsibility matrices.
• Authority and responsibility matrices.

GVC adheres to an external and internal audit schedule to guarantee the achievement of established objectives and the monitoring of key performance indicators. Corrective and preventive measures are also subject to periodic review and improvement to ensure their continued effectiveness.

GVC encourages its employees to engage in benchmarking activities to facilitate the exchange of experiences, initiate improvement projects, and enhance risk awareness and mitigation measures.

QUALITY CONTROL

GVC maintains a rigorous quality control (QC) system for all projects. The system includes clearly defined inspection and test plans and procedures that adhere to the specifications and requirements set out in the project plan.
